Your party can slay dragons.
It can't pick a Thursday.

TableLock is a free session scheduling app for D&D, Pathfinder, and every TTRPG — built to defeat the true final boss of tabletop gaming. Every adventurer gets a personal link, the quorum bar fills, and the GM locks in the session. No group-chat chaos. No accounts for players. No mercy for flakes.

Common questions from the tavern

Do my players need accounts?

Never. Each player gets a personal secret link that works forever. Tap dates, done.

What if someone loses their link?

The GM dashboard can resend any player's link anytime, add or remove players on the fly, or delete the whole campaign and start fresh. GMs with accounts can never lose their campaigns.

Can I get the session on my calendar?

Yes. The moment a date is locked in, both the GM and every player get one-click "add to calendar" buttons — Google, Outlook, or a universal .ics download that works with Apple Calendar and everything else.

Is my data safe?

Links are unguessable secrets, the database rejects everything else, and we store only first names, availability, and GM emails. No ads, no selling data. See the privacy policy.

What about other tabletop games?

TableLock works for any recurring game night — Pathfinder, Call of Cthulhu, board games, or your bowling league that behaves like a D&D party.

How is this different from Doodle or When2meet?

Those are polls; polls die because nobody answers and nothing happens when they do. TableLock closes the loop: a quorum bar shows when you have enough players, the GM locks the date in as official, everyone gets calendar buttons, and attendance streaks reward the players who actually show up.
